Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Receptionist | Administrator role situated in Carindale, QLD directly across from Westfield Shopping Centre. The role will be responsible for a variety of front of office and administrative tasks including greeting clients, managing phone calls and correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies. Additional responsibilities include data entry, supporting the team with day-to-day operations, and ensuring a welcoming and professional office environment.
Qualifications
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and correspondence
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
* Competency in office administration including scheduling, record-keeping, and maintaining supplies
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment
* Professional demeanor, with a customer-service-oriented approach
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Previous experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role is desirable
