About the Position:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to children and their families during contact periods
- Uphold the child's well-being throughout the duration of visits
- Maintain detailed case notes for visit purposes used in court proceedings
- Work collaboratively with children and parents to ensure contact is comfortable for all parties, managing tensions if necessary
- Support young people as a youth worker
- Transport children to and from school, day-care, and family contacts

Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to working with children, vulnerable families, or equivalent
- Knowledge of child development, child protection, and family dynamics
- Current driver's license and reliable vehicle insured for transporting children
- Flexibility and availability to work outside regular hours
- Professional Indemnity Cover
- Relevant certifications (e.g. First Aid)
Benefits: Competitive hourly rate ($25-$50) dependent on qualifications and experience, with mileage covered on a cents per km travelled basis.
