Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice and support on HR matters to school leaders and staff across state schools, central, and regional offices.
* Develop and implement workforce plans, structures, and processes that meet school and department needs.
* Support change management and build strong relationships with school leaders and other clients to achieve strategic and operational goals.
* Assist with recruitment, performance management, and conflict/grievances.
* Contribute to the development of HR policies, processes, and systems to improve how we work.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A strong background in HR.
* Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative HR solutions.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to work effectively with school leaders, and other stakeholders.
* Knowledge of HR policies, performance management, and workplace health and safety practices.
* A proactive and adaptable approach to managing change and supporting staff.
