Are you highly organised, a great communicator and a natural problem solver? Our composite fibre technologies (CFT) business at Wellcamp needs you to be involved in the supply chain process from procurement to customer delivery. This role is critical for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into our business, which operates in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and monitor supply chain strategies to meet business objectives
* Maintain procurement processes, including managing suppliers
* Stock control management in line with minimum/maximum levels including counts, reconciling and trouble shooting to maintain accurate stock counts
* Freight and logistics coordination including maintaining international shipping and customs clearance processes
* Coordinate routing, shipping methods, and warehouse operations
* Provide general administration support: stock control, production support, purchasing and invoice processing, supplier coordination, and logistics assistance
* Maintain records, produce order/delivery reports, and perform general sales/logistics administration
What You\'ll Bring
* Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management
* Effective communication and negotiation skills to build productive relationships with suppliers
* Bags of initiative to identify problems and discrepancies, come up with solutions, and implement them to increase efficiencies
* Great interpersonal skills to contribute to a high-functioning team
* An analytical mind and willingness to be a self-starter and work autonomously
* Proficiency in ERP and supply chain software (e.g. Pronto) is desirable but not essential
This role may suit a current store manager or warehouse operator with some inventory and stock experience, who is keen to take the next step in their career with a growing ASX listed company.
