This role ensures that all guests feel welcome and comfortable whenever they have contact with the Front Office, providing a warm and welcome stay at the hotel.
Provide exceptional service during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest stay.Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback promptly and with a solutions-focused approachMaintain accurate payment handling and compliance with hotel policies.Process and confirm guest room reservations promptly and accurately.Communicating with other departments to ensure all guest requests and needs are metWhat we are looking for...Exceptional customer service skills, communication, and time management skills.
