Centacare FNQ is seeking a dynamic and organised Reception and Administration Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, Monday to Wednesday. Based at our Head Office in Cairns, this role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing exceptional front-line service.

Key Responsibilities
* Be the friendly face and voice of our organisation, providing a warm, professional welcome to all clients, families, and visitors
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general enquiries with efficiency, care, and confidentiality
* Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
* Assist with coordinating meetings, appointments, and day-to-day office activities
* Maintain a tidy, organised, and welcoming reception and front-of-house area

What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, with the ability to manage front-of-house duties confidently
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* The ability to multitask, stay organised, and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting
