As the Area Sales Manager of this territory, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the image and success of our portfolio of brands in the Kitchenware sector.Key Responsibilities:Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.Seek out potential and possible new business within your territory while respecting and maintaining existing retail partnerships.Actively strive to exceed monthly and yearly sales targets for your territory.Provide market feedback to internal and external stakeholders and proactively execute strategic product placement.Instill product knowledge and confidence in our retail staff to maximize the sell-through of our products/brands.What you will need:The ability to establish, build, and maintain strong customer relationshipsAn excellent attitude to working both autonomously and with team membersStrong communication skills - both oral and writtenCurrent Australian Driver's licenseThe ability to travel interstate for Head Office planned eventsWhat we offer:Market-leading brands that are well established with consistent new product additionsCompetitive salary with all tools required to fulfill your role – car, laptop/iPad, phoneA great culture with both local and international office supportThis is an excellent career opportunity to secure a sales role within a progressive, exciting, and market-leading supplier.
