Job Title: Loyalty Marketing Lead

Join us at tendency.Delay to join as the “My Dan’s” loyalty program champion. You will Outsail the end‑to‑end execution of our loyalty strategy, driving commercial and engaging activities to grow and retain the member base.


Key Responsibilities

* Work with the Senior Loyalty Manager to translate the overarching loyalty strategy into a clear, compelling customer value proposition (CVP) and a quarterly trade plan calendar.
* Own and lead the end‑to‑end project management and execution of the loyalty trade plan calendar, coordinating commercial and engaging activities across channels such as in‑store/POS, email/lifecycle marketing, and digital media.
* (Game) Lead the end‑to‑end creative and operational execution of new growth initiatives, from planning to post‑campaign review, ensuring a seamless and valuable experience for members.
* Develop creative briefs and communications for internal stakeholders and channel agencies to ensure clarity and consistency of the My Dan’s message.
* Oversee and govern the execution of offers capability, partnering closely with Customer Engagement and Product teams on strategy and planning to develop a pipeline of loyalty offers and rewards.
* Lead Program Endorsement Strategy by partnering with Operations and Store Leadership to embed the loyalty program as a proactive commercial priority within operational strategy.
* Lead strategic performance analysis by directing KPI measurement, conducting deep post‑campaign reviews, and circulating key insights across the business to inform future strategy.
* Manage external vendors and agency relationships to ensure all projects are delivered to a high standard.
* Act as the programme champion and subject‑matter expert across the business to embed the loyalty programme and drive consistency in execution.
* Coordinate a regular operating rhythm with cross‑functional teams, ensuring successful delivery of actions and resolving mis‑alignments in planned activity.


Qualifications

* Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in loyalty marketing or general marketing, preferably within retail or direct‑to‑consumer.
* Proven experience in end‑to‑end project management and execution.
* Foundational understanding of digital technologies and their use to create customer experiences.
* Experience managing day‑to‑day operational tasks and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
* Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills.
* Demonstrated capability in using and analysing customer data and applying it to campaign measurement.
