We have recently been engaged on an exclusive basis, to recruit an exciting new role for a well-recognised and highly regarded construction recruitment business headquartered in Western Australia. They are entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a senior recruitment leader to launch and scale its Sydney operation.
This is a genuine leadership role for someone who still loves billing, thrives on winning new business, and wants the autonomy to build a high-performing team and brand presence in NSW.
The opportunity
You will take ownership of the Sydney market, combining hands-on billing with strategic leadership, supported by a profitable, values-driven business with a strong reputation in civil and commercial construction. This role offers real influence, long-term career upside, strong financial incentives (including profit share) and the chance to shape culture from day one.
