We are seeking a skilled and proactive Civil Plumbing Supervisor / Leading Hand to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for leading on-site plumbing works, supervising teams and delivering a high-standard across civil infrastructure and construction projects.
This role is perfect for a motivated tradesperson ready to step into leadership or an experienced site leader looking for a new challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and coordinate day-to-day civil plumbing operations
* Supervise a team of plumbers, apprentices, and subcontractors
* Ensure works comply with plumbing codes, SWMS, and site safety standards
* Read and interpret site plans, service drawings, and specifications
* Liaise with project managers, clients, and site supervisors

Qualifications:
* Cert III In Plumbing (Essential) + Valid Plumbing License
* Experience in Civil Work (e.g stormwater, sewer, mains, fire and inground services)
* Construction White Card
