The Role
Job Description:
* Maintain a welcoming store environment. Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation within the store.
* Build client relationships, provide outstanding service, and maintain a VIP database.
* Motivate sales success through effective communication and leadership skills. Drive team performance to meet or exceed targets set by management. Stock control is crucial for maintaining optimal inventory levels while ensuring timely restocking of all products necessary to keep the business running effectively at peak production levels during busy periods when demand is highest than usual period which tends towards end season!
