Job Description:
We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our Commercial Sales team, specializing in the Financial Services vertical. This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-performing team and drive growth through strategic deal execution.

Key Responsibilities:
* Nurture, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on the Financial Services vertical
* Drive a high-performance team and over-achieve key performance metrics
* Drive an inclusive, collaborative, learning environment
* Possess an analytical and data-driven approach to the business
Strategy & Execution:
* Own the entire sales process for the FS commercial territory
* Build out and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Commercial Financial Services vertical
* Conduct accurate forecasting and reporting on critical drivers of the business
* Identify and make recommendations for improvement in areas of process, efficiency, and productivity
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Industry Expertise:
* Build influential relationships with Cross-Functional Partners
* Act as a senior escalation point for complex, high-value deals
* Leverage deep understanding of the Financial Services ecosystem to guide AEs in advising customers
Required Qualifications:
* Established experience in enterprise or commercial software sales
* Proven track record of consistent achievement of quota expectations
* Consultative sales skills and demonstrated ability to construct and articulate complex business value propositions
* Ability to analyze and synthesize complex sales data
