THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILTIES
- Demonstrating sales leadership to the team and able to monitor and achieve store KPIs.
- Supporting the team in building long term client relationships, through a client centric mindset.
- Supporting the Store Manager in managing and motivating the team to drive business and create a positive and harmonious environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- You will have previous retail management experience within a retail environment (luxury preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and able to deliver luxury customer service experience.
- Ability to generate trust among both co-workers and clients.
- Proven initiative and a can-do attitude.
- Available to work within a 7-day roster including weekends.
