Due to continued growth, we are now seeking an experienced Residential Supervisor and a Site Manager to take ownership of landmark projects from start to finish.
Your new role
This is an immediate opening for site professionals who take pride in delivering high-end work with precision. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, drive construction programs, and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timeframes and commercial obligations. These roles suit individuals who run an organised, well-structured site and demonstrate strong leadership across all subcontractors and trades.
* Oversee all on-site construction activities across luxury residential and multi-residential projects.
* Develop, manage, and maintain the construction program from commencement to handover.
* Ensure project delivery aligns with all time, cost, and quality requirements.
* Lead and communicate effectively with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised site at all times with a strong commitment to WHS.
* Uphold the company's high standards of workmanship and client satisfaction.
What you'll need to succeed
* Strong experience supervising residential construction projects.
* Excellent construction knowledge and the ability to solve problems on site.
