We are currently seeking new and experienced Crowd Controllers to join our team and work consistently at our prestigious venues and events.
We are also seeking Crowd Controllers specifically for special events over summer and into ****, with a variety of exciting opportunities available across the Perth region.
Saturday availability will be required for this role.

Tasks and Responsibilities
Provide exceptional and professional customer service with clientele.
Screen patrons entering and exiting the premises.
Control patron behaviour in and around the premises to ensure the safety of patrons, staff, and guards.
De-escalate potential conflict and expertly escort patrons out of venues using appropriate methods.
Report in detail any incidents in line with legislation and policies and procedures.
Conduct emergency evacuations & perform first aid and/or CPR where applicable.
Skills and Qualifications
Valid WA Crowd Control Licence required
Valid First Aid Certificate required
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate required
Rights to work in Australia required
Weekend evening availability essential
Proficient English communication and de-escalation skills essential
Defence Force experience highly regarded
Amateur or professional martial arts training highly regarded
