About the Role
Estia Health Ardeer is a friendly and welcoming aged care home in Melbourne's west, offering a supportive team environment where everyone plays an important role in creating a clean, safe and comfortable home for residents. This is a Casual role. That means we can not guarantee how many shifts you may be asked to work, and the shifts can change each week. We may ask you to work on different days/times.
Responsibilities
* Take pride in ensuring a clean, hygienic and safe home for our residents to enjoy everyday.
* Be a valued team member delivering to highest standards of cleanliness and safety, making a positive difference to the presentation of the home and the service within.
* Implement and manage a hygiene maintenance system of auditing and site inspections for the home to assist in delivering operational excellence.
* Be a positive, warm, empathetic team player who exhibits a can‐do approach.
* Commit to Health and Safety principles.
