Roles And Responsibilities
To support clients to remain living in their own home through the provision of respite personal care domestic assistance and carer support in accordance with care plans and as directed by Care Advisors.
To provide accurate and timely information about client needs / change in client condition to the Care Advisor.
Listen to clients and give them a voice enabling them to choose for themselves.
Be part of a multi-disciplinary team which requires you to provide highly responsive and flexible service to consumers and carers.

To thrive in this role you will have
* Excellent clinical time management organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
* A compassionate flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
* The ability to nurture friendly respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
* Good evidence of or in the process of obtaining a Certificate III in Home or Aged Care or Certificate IV in Disability Support.
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance.
* First Aid Certificate that includes CPR.
* Driver Licence.
* Proof of current influenza vaccination.
