About The Role

We're seeking a Territory Manager to join our Australian Sales Team. This full-time, permanent role is based in NSW and covers Sydney, Southern NSW and ACT region. Reporting to the Southern State Manager in Melbourne, VIC, this role involves regular travel within the territory stated above.

Summary

As the Metro/Southern NSW Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the region. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong sales background, capable of building and maintaining relationships with key clients. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success of our business in New South Wales, ensuring we meet and exceed our sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business revenue targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
* Represent the company and our brands with professionalism and passion
* Exceed customer expectations while living our company core values
* Achieve monthly sales targets and maximise product presence in-store
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong planning and prioritisation skills
* Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams while living our actions for success
* Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and establish connections
About You
* Proven sales experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry
* Strong product knowledge of motorcycle-related parts and accessories
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* A genuine passion for motorcycles
