About You You may currently be located near Kadina SA or Adelaide SA, and a keen Site Foreman, Site Supervisor or a Civil Team Leader aspiring to grow your career with a scaling, dedicated organisation. You possess the following attributes; Confidence when reading and interpreting civil construction plans Strong communication and people skills Experienced liaising with clients, subcontractors, and diverse team White Card certified Local Qualifications in Civil Construction ideal Professional, punctual, disciplined, and physically fit Your role Working closely with Directors and Construction Managers, you will support construction sites across the North of Adelaide, manage subcontractors and employees, coordinate labour, materials and resources, and ensure all works are delivered in accordance with contract requirements, budget constraints, and project schedules. Duties include; Overseeing daily site operations, housekeeping and safety Leading site safety compliance including prestart meetings, toolbox talks, incident investigations, first aid (when required), and consultation on OH&S changes. Ensuring all IMS and project documentation is completed accurately and submitted on time. Verifying staff competencies, coordinating training requirements, and supporting workforce development Assisting with procurement, restricted supplier approvals, purchase orders, and resource planning Supporting the Project Manager by reporting variations, monitoring costs, and maintaining project schedules Other Details The position is on-site and on-location primarily in Kadina, SA due to the volume of projects in the region. With future career opportunity this could grow, and see you manage sites across Adelaide, but not essential. Remuneration starts at $120K Super Vehicle and a solid career path for the right person.
