Guest Service Representative

About the Location

If your idea of fun involves being surrounded by friends named Shiraz, Merlot, and Chardonnay, visit our holiday park in New South Wales' favorite wine country.

Enjoy a wine escape at our resort which sits amidst no fewer than 150 cellar doors, scattered across the Hunter Valley's rolling green hills, supporting both the thriving viticulture and food scene found here.


About the Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional guest service representative to join our holiday park on a casual basis. This position is approximately 25 hours per week. Weekend availability is essential.

* Welcome every guest to our community, explaining the park, surrounding area, guest amenities, and park activities.
* Actively promote our community as the ideal holiday destination by sharing its unique story.
* Direct guest check-in and check-out, and attend to general receptionist duties following correct procedures.
* Ensure high-quality customer service is maintained at all times.
* Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems.


Requirements

* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
* Computer literacy using Microsoft Suite and booking software.
* Passion for the tourism industry with strong sales ability.
* Team player, strong attention to detail, and well-organized worker.
