What you will be doing
You will begin your journey immersed in our Production team, working rotating shifts to build a deep, practical understanding of how the business operates. Starting with hands‑on operational exposure, you will progressively transition into team leadership, leading a production team through to the end of 2026. This experience is designed to build real commercial and people credibility - providing the foundation for future strategic HR leadership within a supportive, friendly and self‑directed team environment.
From the beginning of 2027, you will step into the People & Culture team in a Coordinator role. While maintaining a strong connection to our broader operations, you will support the delivery of our People & Culture agenda. Your scope will cover the core elements of effective People & Culture delivery—supporting payroll and HR administration, employee records and compliance, HR systems and reporting, governance and policy, culture and engagement initiatives, and the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through to performance, development and separation.
