We are currently seeking a qualified mental health professional to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality evidence-based clinical care to adults aged 18 years and over who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.
Key Responsibilities
* To conduct intake and assessments, including risk assessments, care treatment planning, care coordination with internal & external services, and provide brief psychological intervention.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in working with electronic client/customer management systems and Microsoft Office applications is also highly desirable.
