You'll need to be experience in the tyre game, preferably passenger, truck and beyond road. Able to sell, consult and problem solve a wide range of brands and vehicles, all while working with the management team to help grow the workshop and service vehicles.

You'll be selling certainty and a product which is proven in all conditions whilst still having access to the widest range of brands and solutions.
THE CHALLENGE: Transform a successful but traditional tyre business into a data-driven, tech-savvy powerhouse. We're talking AI, automation, and social media meeting good old-fashioned customer service. It's like being a startup with 40 years of street cred.
Responsibilities
* The face and voice of our business, backed by over 20+ brands of tyres for Passenger, 4WD, Light truck, Trucks, Forklift, Earthmoving, Crane, Lawn/Buggy tyres.
* Managing relationships with everyone from truckers to soccer moms, executives to Owner-Operators.
* Building relationship with local and national businesses and fleet while building your commission base and bonus.
Qualifications
* Passion for transport, motorsports and well... tyres.
* Attention to Detail, able to follow process while providing great customer service.
* The ability to speak the language of 'tyre'
* A hunger for learning and problem-solving
