This opportunity suits an experienced lender, broker, or high-performing banker ready to step into a fast-paced, performance-driven brokerage environment.
The Role:
As a Senior Lending Specialist, you will work directly with clients, conducting appointments to understand their financial goals and advising them on how to structure their lending to pay off their mortgages faster and build investment portfolios that generate long-term passive income.
You will be responsible for driving new business, managing a high-volume pipeline, and growing a strong residential and investment loan book.
This role is focused on output, growth, and long-term results.
Performance Expectations:
The business is built for scale, with the successful candidate positioned to write approximately $100M in their first year. This requires commitment, resilience, and the ability to perform in a busy, evolving environment.
