 
        
        Executive Chef Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our kitchen operations. Located in Melbourne's vibrant inner-north, we cater to both corporate and leisure clients with 383 guest rooms, 13 conference and event venues, and two on-site dining outlets.
Duties and Responsibilities
 * Prepare and cook high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, room service, functions, and buffet service.
 * Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment and ensure presentation standards are met.
 * Prepare and ensure availability of mise en place as required.
 * Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage.
 * Keep all working areas clean and tidy. Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced, and cleaned.
 * Organize an assigned section and ensure it runs efficiently and productively.
 * Monitor daily kitchen food and product requirements and advise the supervisor well in advance.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 * 2+ years of relevant hotel experience.
 * Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement).
 * Valid Food Handler's Certificate.
