You're someone who: Has crushed it in premium or specialty food retail management before Knows how to make a store look like a million bucks (visual merchandising wizard status) Can juggle budgets, KPIs, and operations without breaking a sweat Gets genuinely excited about exceptional customer service Nerds out over specialty foods (especially seafood) Communicates brilliantly, solves problems creatively, and stays organized under pressure Loves developing people and watching them grow The Non-Negotiables Proven retail management experience (food retail or hospitality background preferred) Rock-solid understanding of food handling and safety standards Ready to Make Your Mark?
