We are looking for aSite Managerto join ourField Department, which at E80 Group is responsible for managing all logistics system installation, implementation, and commissioning activities at our customers' plants. The Site Manager will be accountable for ensuring that timelines, costs, and contractual quality standards are met.
Responsibilities
Plan and schedule all installation, implementation, and commissioning activities on customer sites through to final testing.
Effectively coordinate and supervise the team assigned to the project.
Ensure cost control and compliance with contractual specifications, quality standards, and the allocated budget.
Maintain consistent and timely communication between the customer and the E80 Group.
Manage project changes in collaboration with the Project Manager and the customer.
Handle non-conformity processes in coordination with technical and supply chain teams.
Ensure systems are formally accepted by the customer and that each project phase is approved following successful testing, in compliance with contractual timelines and procedures.
In collaboration with the company's HSE officer, ensure full compliance with site safety regulations.
Requirements
AnEngineering degree or technical diploma,supported by at least5 years of proven experiencein this or a comparable rolewithin the automation industry.
Good working knowledge ofAutoCAD,resource planning tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
Strongteam leadershipand organizational skills.
Customer-oriented mindsetandproblem-solving attitude.
Ability to manageprioritiesand meetdeadlines.
Availability towork in shifts.
Willingness to travelextensivelyacross Australia and internationally,for approximately70% of working time.
Keen interest in industrial automation and complex systems management.
Other Requirements
Desire tomake a differenceand dailyrepresent E80 Groupin front of the Customer.
English(advanced or native level) withexcellent communication skills.
Permanent rights to work in Australia,with no restrictions.
Validdriver's licenseandcar owner.
