We're seeking a capable leader who can take ownership of major construction, substation upgrades, solar integration and new customer connection projects — ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

About The Role
Step into a leadership position where you'll own projects from concept to completion. You'll drive every stage of the project lifecycle, ensuring ideas become reality. This is a role for someone who thrives on responsibility, takes initiative, and delivers results.
Project Leadership
* Deliver projects using established project management methodologies
* Develop and maintain business cases, project plans and governance documentation
Planning & Coordination
* Manage procurement, contractors, construction work scopes and vendor capability
* Provide accurate and timely monthly status and financial reports
Financial & Risk Management
* Strong financial acumen to manage cost sensitive, high value projects
* Ability to navigate complexity, prioritise organisational goals and optimise processes
About You
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (or related field), or Relevant Trade Qualification is mandatory.
* Is results oriented and thrives in a delivery focused environment.
* Has strong construction, infrastructure or utilities project experience.
* Understands how to manage competing priorities and complex work programs.
* Builds strong relationships and adapts to varied communication styles.
* Works autonomously while providing clear updates and visibility of progress.
