Integration Project Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Integration Project Manager to lead our Air Traffic Management Technology Replacement Program. This is a 2+ year contract with potential for extension, and you will be based in Brisbane Airport, enjoying flexibility to work from home two days per week.
This project involves integrating approximately twenty data-based systems into the ATM platform at five operational sites. As Integration Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and maintaining integration project plans, schedules, and resource allocations;
* Defining integration scope, dependencies, and sequencing across systems and sites;
* Establishing integration strategies for multiple deployment locations;
* Managing the integration of data-based systems into the ATM platform;
* Ensuring consistency of integration design, testing, and deployment across all locations;
* Collaborating with engineering teams to resolve interface and interoperability issues;
* Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders;
* Facilitating communication between system owners, integration engineers, and operational end users;
* Overseeing integration test planning and execution;
* Supporting shadow operations, rehearsals, and operational readiness trials;
* Identifying and managing technical and schedule risks associated with integration;
* Maintaining compliance with aviation safety, cyber security, and regulatory standards;
* Ensuring traceability between integration requirements, test evidence, and operational acceptance;
* Planning and coordinating integration cutovers and rollouts across the five sites;
* Supporting operational handover, early-life support, and lessons learned capture;
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
* Proven experience as an Integration Project Manager or similar role;
* Strong understanding of air traffic management technology and systems integration;
* Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
* Good problem-solving and analytical skills;
