Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-managed, boutique-sized portfolio while leading a dedicated support team.
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties and leading a team of support staff. This role requires strong organisational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities.
You will need to work confidently on your own while supporting and collaborating with a team, and have high attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great results for our clients.
Experience with Property Me preferred, but other trust accounting software experience considered.
A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration (NSW) is also required, along with a Driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
