ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to join their dynamic international freight team where no two days are the same. As a Client Service Representative, you'll manage end-to-end shipment coordination, ensuring goods move smoothly from order through to delivery on time, on budget, and to expectation.
DUTIES
Coordinate international freight from booking through to final delivery.
Communicate with customers, overseas offices, and partners to keep shipments on track
Ensure rates, bookings, and documentation are accurate and align with agreements
Troubleshoot issues quickly and keep customers updated every step of the way
Work closely with the operations team to deliver seamless service
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in a freight forwarding Customer Service position in Australia
Strong customer service skills and a passion for logistics
Great attention to detail and accuracy in data and documentation
Experience using CargoWise (or similar freight system)
The ability to stay calm, proactive, and solutions-focused under pressure
A team-first attitude and willingness to collaborate
