The North Region will support the Pines, Kingscliff, Bangalow, Nimbin and Lismore branches.
The Area Sales Manager works with their team to maximise relationships through providing banking and lending solutions that meet customer needs with an exceptional customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesLead a team of Branch Leaders.Provide positive and comprehensive leadership.Coach and develop direct reports to achieve both business goals and personal growth.Deliver exceptional customer service.Manage the sales process.Undertake business development activities.Manage regional performance, including growing people and business with existing customer base and from external sources within your region.You bring an engaging, 'can-do', and innovative leadership style to proactively identify and develop authentic relationships that maximise the performance potential of people.
