Uber is looking for an enthusiastic, organised and proactive individual to assist with an Marketing Operations Analyst role in the Consumer team. In this role you'll own the execution and analysis of promotional campaigns to acquire and engage Uber One members.

Pay rate: Up to $46.83p/h plus super
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9-5 (up to 37.5 hours per week)
About the Role
As a contractor within the Consumer team, you will continuously experiment with new ways to communicate the magic of Uber One with our customers. You will work closely with Strategy & Operations Managers in the team to run Uber One acquisition & engagement campaigns, focusing on acquiring new Uber One members and optimising for their retention.
What You'll Do
* End to end campaign deployment: Promotion setup, audience segmentation, marketing communications, CRM design, copywriting & deployment
* Campaign reporting & interpretation: Own & maintain our member acquisition dashboard, generate insights from results to inform future campaigns
* Engage & manage XFN stakeholders: Collaborate with XFN teams on the execution of campaigns
* User experience testing: Testing new surfaces, offers in-app, CRM sends
What You'll Need
* An interest in marketing and customer experience
* Experience deploying CRM campaigns, including audience segmentation and experimentation
* Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
* Analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem solving
* Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
* High attention to detail to manage complex campaigns with low error rate
* Critical thinking and able to think through ambiguous problems independently
