Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across all staff levels, including lawyers, support staff, and graduates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
* Partner with practice leaders to identify hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
* Lead graduate and summer clerk programs across multiple offices.
* Develop and post job advertisements, including those on LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Maintain relationships with preferred recruitment agencies and ensure compliance with terms of business.
* Supervise and mentor HR Assistants.
