HSE Advisor – FIFO

Key Responsibilities
- Provide HSE leadership and support across project sites
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and audits
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions
- Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and HSE training sessions
- Work with supervisors, engineers and client representatives to maintain compliance
- Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset across teams
Qualifications & Experience
- OHS Construction Card (White Card)
- Diploma or Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (essential)
- ICAM or equivalent incident investigation training (preferred)
- Current Driver's Licence
- Previous FIFO construction or resources experience in an HSE role
- Strong understanding of relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
- Two contactable work‑related references
Finance: FIFO from Perth to the Pilbara, 2:1 roster, 12‑hour shifts, competitive salary package (Base & Super) plus 40% site uplift.
