About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our dynamic team at Enhanced Building Pty Ltd in the Illawarra. As a full-time role, you will play a pivotal part in managing the company's financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting processes.
Job Description
* Maintaining and updating the accounts payable and accounts receivable
* Reconciling bank statements and credit card statements
* Processing invoices, payments and receipts in a timely manner
* Providing support to the Admin team as needed
* Creating Purchase Orders with project job costing
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an accounts officer or similar role
* Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and practices
* Proficient in using Xero accounting software
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a proactive and organised approach
