About the Role: Based in North East Melbourne, this is a field-based, relationship-driven sales role where empathy meets ambition. As a Pre-Paid Funeral Sales Consultant, you'll connect with individuals and community networks to educate and guide them through one of life's most meaningful decisions. You'll have the freedom to manage your own territory, develop partnerships, and grow your client base while making a genuine impact every day. What You Will Do: * Build trusted relationships with clients, community groups, and referral partners. * Guide families through sensitive conversations with care and professionalism. * Generate new business opportunities through events, outreach, and referrals. * Manage your own sales pipeline and achieve clear sales and service targets. * Represent the brand with integrity across Victoria. What You Will Bring: * Proven experience in consultative or relationship-based sales (B2C preferred). * Natural empathy, confidence, and emotional intelligence. * Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills. * Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive national team. * Current driver's licence, reliable vehicle and comfort travelling within a range from Eltham, Greensborough and close surrounding areas.
