There is a reason we are one of WA’s leading not-for-profit aged care providers since 1961!ABOUT THE ROLE:Reporting to the Clinical Operations Manager and working closely with the Care Services team, you will assist in the coordination, application and monitoring of SwanCare’s Quality Management Systems with a focus on continuous improvement. This role is a permanent, full time opportunity.Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement and maintain systems related to internal and external audits including the residential care Accreditation Processes, National Aged Care Mandatory Quality Indicator Program and Serious Incident Response Scheme.Coordinate continuous improvement and quality activities and provide support to the Care Services team.Monitor feedback to Care Centres and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented.Conduct internal audits providing detailed results/reports.Production of monthly statistical data and trend analysis.Provide support to Care Services teams for quality reviews and feedback.WHY WORK FOR US?As the largest single site retirement and aged care community in WA, we are proud of our excellent reputation among our residents, their families, and our staff.
