We're recruiting for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer who thrives in fast-paced project environments and wants to be part of something meaningful, delivering major water and pipeline infrastructure across Western Sydney.
What you'll do:
Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the project's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ISO requirements.
Oversee quality assurance and quality control activities across all work packages, including reviewing ITPs, managing hold / witness points, conducting audits, and ensuring subcontractor compliance.
Provide technical quality leadership to engineering, construction, and commissioning teams, offering guidance on specifications, standards, non-conformance management, and corrective / preventive actions.
Manage project-wide quality reporting and governance, including NCR registers, quality dashboards, trend analysis, and presenting risk or improvement recommendations to senior leadership.
Drive quality planning and readiness for handover, ensuring timely completion of as-built documentation, assurance records, test results, and closeout packages aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
