We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Admin / Executive Assistant to join 2 of our leading global clients based in Sydney, NSW, on a contract basis for **9-12 months with likelihood to extend.**

**Locations**: Hybrid work set up - 1-2 days work from home, and work in the offices in Lane Cove / Farrer Pl

**Rate**:$45 per hour + Super

As an integral part of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting teams a fast-paced environments. The roles involves managing diaries, handling commercial documentation, corresponding with customers, and providing essential administrative support.

**About the Job**:

- **Diary Management**: Efficiently manage the diaries ensuring optimal scheduling and planning.
- ** Commercial Documentation**: Handle various commercial documents, including orders, invoices, vendor invoicing submission, service reports and invoice matching, shipping documents, transport papers, and certificates of origin.

**About You**:

- ** Industry Experience**: Prior experience in investment banking, financial services, or the global tech secure payments sector is essential for this role.
- ** Commercial Documentation Expertise**: Extensive knowledge and experience in handling various commercial documentation, including orders, invoices, shipping documents, transport papers, and certificates of origin.
- ** Diary and Calendar Management**: Proven proficiency in effectively managing diaries and calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination.
- ** Client-Facing Experience**: Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles, especially within complex and multicultural organizations, with exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- ** Exceptional Communication**: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders and clients.
