Overview
This position offers a base salary of $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience plus commissions and a vehicle allowance. Approximately $100K+ On-Target Earnings.

About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for handling all front of house requirements for Retail, Internal and Warranty work, and managing each customer's experience through the workshop.
Your General Job Function
* Scheduling service appointments and managing fleet and retail customers for Commercial Vehicles and Passenger Cars
* Utilising DMS (ERA) proficiently and accurately
* Creating, costing and closing Repair Orders
* Manage clientele to the highest service standards in-line with company policies and expectations
* Monday to Friday
We Are Looking For
* A Dealership experienced Service Advisor
* Energy, commitment and team work
* Full Australian Drivers Licence
* Meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills
* A strong communicator who takes ownership and control of the customer
