 
        
        Key Responsibilities 
- Assist in assessing and evaluating current virtual computing infrastructure and provide recommendations for enhancements. 
- Assist in drafting documentation, performing root cause analysis, and recommending possible solutions. 
- Participate in requirements gathering and drafting runbook/ work instructions for routine tasks. 
- Assist in internal and external security audits, vulnerability assessments and tracking vulnerabilities until closure. 
- Adhere to existing governance policies and processes to ensure non-compliance incidents are minimized. 
- Assist in reviewing recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and system resilience. 
- Recommend implementation of automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) to streamline routine tasks and improve operational efficiency. 
- Review infrastructure patch updates, ensuring systems are up-to-date with the latest security patches. 
- Assist in reviewing and maintaining documentation for system configurations, procedures, and infrastructure diagrams. 
- Manage and track outstanding issues for resolution and closure with relevant stakeholders. 
- Manage records retention, document filing and housekeeping for the Systems Process. 
- Any other tasks assigned by the dept. 
Requirements 
- Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field. 
- Preferably with some working experience and knowledge in Windows and Linux operating systems. 
- Familiarity with government security requirements will be an advantage. 
- Solid customer experience mindset, listening, understanding and responding to customer needs. 
- Proficient in MS Office. 
- Possess a positive and agile working attitude. 
- Meticulous in tracking, tactful and willing to learn. 
- Multi-tasking, able to work under pressure. 
- Team player with good written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
