About the role
Location: Fosterville Gold Mine – 30 minutes drive from Bendigo
You will be transporting ore and waste rock from underground mining areas to the surface or to underground waste dumps. Agi Operators will be responsible for the delivery of concrete products to the underground worksites. This role can provide cross training between both haul trucks and agitator trucks.
Duties
* Conducting pre‑start inspection of Sandvik 663 haul trucks or agitator truck and work environment
* Collecting ore or waste and hauling to correct dump locations
* Communicate with Mine Control for accurate material movements and data reporting
* Transport concrete to underground locations and assist shotcreter to set‑up, complete and pack (Agi only)
* Completing paperwork accurately and timely
* Efficiently and safely operating trucks to site standards to achieve maximised machine utilisation
* No experience necessary – we will provide full induction and training.
