About The Opportunity
As the Service Delivery Manager your duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
* Ensure that contracted services are delivered in strict compliance with contract obligations, safely, on time, and within budget, meeting customer expectations.
* Interpret contracts, systems, and spreadsheets from the sales team to understand rostering and allocate resources based on the pipeline.
* Maintain strong communication and report to the Service Line Manager.
* Conduct site visits and manage projects as required.
* Liaise with a team of qualified tradespersons and administrative staff to support growth and mentoring.
* Oversee day-to-day service operations, from reactive breakdowns to scheduled maintenance.
* Quote, manage, and deliver small works projects.
* Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow service offerings.
* Maintain, build, and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.
* Keep accurate client records on reporting portals.
* Communicate daily with the HVAC team and conduct monthly toolbox talks.
* Collaborate with the HSEQ team and perform regular safety audits on customer sites.
* Assist with the recruitment of technical personnel.
You will have
* A Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
* 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with a solid technical background
* Proven experience in high-volume service operations, with a focus on asset and data management
* Experience leading, mentoring, and supporting field technicians and office staff.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency with project management systems, construction scheduling, Microsoft 365, and other relevant software.
* Confidence with quoting and a commercially minded approach.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client focus.
* Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing deadlines.
To meet client requirements, this role requires you to be an Australian citizen or permanent resident as well as obtain a police clearance.
