Key Responsibilities:
 * Foster strong relationships with customers through engaging conversations
 * Collaborate with customers to effectively utilise in-branch technology and digital banking solutions
 * Address customer transactional needs, ensuring they leave satisfied
 * Complete comprehensive Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial requirements
 * Process loan and credit card applications, as well as other associated products
 * Proactively engage with customers to build rapport and invite them into the branch for a Financial Health Check or consultation with a specialist
You must possess the ability to ask insightful questions and find effective solutions, act with integrity, and prioritise customer satisfaction. You should also be able to demonstrate passion for delivering exceptional service and work collaboratively with colleagues to meet customer needs.
