About Us:At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.The Information Technology and Services team comprises 34 staff, within the People and Services Branch. The team provides information and technology services to the Premier, the Cabinet, the government's Ministers, the Office of the Leader of the Opposition and their respective staff.Your opportunity:The Service Desk Officer, Ministerial Services IT has direct responsibility for the provision of high-quality IT services, IT support and customer service to the Premier, government ministers, the Office of the Leader of the Opposition and their respective office staff.About you:You will have significant experience and a proven track record of successful quality IT support and exceptional customer service in a 'customer-first delivery model' within a previous service desk skills environment. You will possess well-developed problem-solving skills and proven technical and applied practical IT knowledge within a fast-paced IT environment supporting executive clients. You will have the ability to work within a team environment of peers to deliver timely and effective IT solutions supporting our client's needs.
