Dobinsons Spring & Suspension is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Administration Assistant. This full-time position involves working with international clients, freight agents and collaborating with a close-knit team.
Responsibilities
* Prepare shipping consignments and documentation for airfreight, seafreight and road freight
* Compile emails in a timely manner
* Liaise professionally with clients, agents and suppliers and our sales team
* Prepare and issue internal and external documentation (purchase orders, invoices, shipping documentation)
* Perform administrative and general office duties
Qualifications
* This role is fast-paced and requires strong time management skills
* Potential applicants should have high attention to detail, fast and accurate data entry, the ability to meet strict deadlines, strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills, reliability, punctuality and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* A current driver's license is required
* Shipping experience is highly regarded, although not essential
* MYOB advanced invoicing experience is also highly regarded, although not essential
* A minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience is required
