Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers and provide quality customer service.
2. Employ knowledge of Cummins products to advise and support customers.
3. Work closely with Service Technicians and Supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
4. Complete quotes, invoicing, and warranty processing with precision and efficiency.
5. Multitask various tasks and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest levels of safety and customer service.

Requirements:
1. A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
2. Knowledge of HHP/HD systems and processes.
3. An understanding of Service Department processes and procedures.
4. A personal commitment to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and leading an interdependent safety culture.
5. The ability to manage external and internal key stakeholders.
