Training and Assessment Management Role
The RTO Training & Assessment Manager will lead the development, validation and maintenance of high-quality training and assessment resources ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee training and assessment resource development and validation
* Ensure quality compliance with VET Quality Framework and ASQA requirements
* Monitor trainer and assessor credentials and professional development
* Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and Student Management System (SMS)
* Collaborate with internal teams for continuous improvement
