* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of anaesthetic care, including pre-operative assessment, induction, maintenance and recovery.
* Develop and implement treatment plans in consultation with medical colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
* Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
* Foster strong relationships with patients, families and carers to ensure their needs are met and expectations are managed.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in anaesthetics and maintain clinical expertise through ongoing education and training.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:
* Essential Requirements:
* Registration as an Anaesthetist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Completion of a Fellowship in Anaesthetics or equivalent experience.
* Current Medicare provider number.
* ID check and NSW WWCC clearance.
* Immunisations/vaccinations and current AHPRA registration.
